That’s so funny. I couldn’t do naked gardening here as it’s far too cold. If it was warm of course I would😉

Oh my goodness, you are amazing! If I did that in my suburban garden, I’d get arrested lol. There’s nowhere to hide there!

LOL, Sara. Trust me, tall fences, discreet positioning, and the right time of day all played a role in my success.

You really pulled that off so well!!! It looked like so much fun that I just can’t stop smiling. We don’t have enough fun with life and you did it. I’ve always wanted a yard private enough to be naked in it. Oh well, maybe next time around. Thanks for the reminder.

We need all the lightheartedness we can muster these days, Marlene. I agree. I’m glad you smiled. Our fences are tall, but I made sure I was out of view of any Nest cameras in the ‘hood. I would have been mortified. I hope you are doing well. xo

Ha! Now that’ll get the neighbors talking! 😀

I was so nervous, Eliza. Everyone has security cameras these days. I needed a bit of levity, though, so this fit the bill, and to the best of my knowledge, only my blogging friends know! 😉

Well, leave it to Alys to pique my interest with an intriguing hashtag! I love your story/photo, and I share the smiles with your other readers! Until you brought it to my attention, I didn’t realize there was an “official” Naked Gardening Day. I’m not much of a gardener myself, but do other work in our yard, often (at least half-) naked, especially on the hottest summer days. In our zero-lot line neighborhood, where everyone else’s yard is just over the wall, and upstairs windows provide revealing views, privacy is mostly illusory. Our jungle-like foliage grants us a modicum of a shield. My attitude is that, should a neighbor happen to catch a glimpse, the sight is more “National Geographic” than “Playboy”. Indoors, it’s even easier to observe Naked Housework Day (which I choose to believe is every day). Kneepads, though, are often a lifesaver, whether indoors or out!
