LOVE this photo white camellia in the rain. Is it copyrighted? May I use it on the cover of a novel with appropriate photo credit?

Hi Alys! I LOVE this photo and it did inspire the cover of my upcoming novel, Catching Rain, a sequel to Mending Stone. However, the cover designer thought we should go with more color. I’ll continue to promote your lovely photography and interesting blog! Thanks for being out there and a refreshing inspiration!
